Medical transportation services

The right vehicle and crew for every level of mobility

Three kinds of ride, from a steadying arm on the front steps to a two-person stretcher crew. Not sure which one fits? Dispatch will help you choose.

Rider walks on their own, or with a cane or walker

Ambulatory Transport

For riders who can walk on their own, with or without a walker or cane, and need little help from the driver. We drive door to door for appointments, dialysis, follow-ups, and pharmacy runs, and the driver will lend an arm on steps or curbs.

  • For riders using a walker, cane, or no aid
  • Door-to-door and door-through-door options
  • Clean, climate-controlled vehicles
  • On-time pickups with appointment buffers

Rider uses a wheelchair, or can't manage steps

Wheelchair Transport

For riders with limited mobility or who use a wheelchair full time. Our ADA-approved vans have fully automated lifts, so riders board in their own chair with no transfer. Every driver is trained and certified on the lift and the four-point securement system.

  • ADA-approved wheelchair-accessible vans
  • Fully automated lift systems
  • Four-point wheelchair securement
  • Trained & certified drivers

Rider needs to lie flat for the trip

Stretcher Transport

For riders who are bedridden, can't sit upright, or need to lie flat, including people with chronic back pain or recovering from back surgery. A two-person crew handles every transfer, using rear-access stretcher vans, from facility to home and back.

  • Easy rear-access stretcher vans
  • Professional stretcher & gurney equipment
  • Two-person trained transfer crews
  • Comfort monitoring, facility to home
