Call or send a request
Give dispatch the date, appointment time, both addresses, and how the rider gets around. A person answers during service hours.
-
Step 2 of 3Day before · 4:05 PM

Dispatch picks the right vehicle and crew, then calls back with your price and a pickup window. Nothing is booked until you agree.
-

Reviews
What riders and families say
-
"Excellent service from Paul... He arrived ahead of time and helped me into his van with step-stool (I am very short). The ride to my appointment was stress-free despite all the road construction and traffic. Paul took his time and got me safely to my appointment early. He waited for my appointment to be over and then got me back home. I am using his service again as I am so pleased with it."

Don't see your question? Call dispatch at (404) 390-9956.
What is non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT)?
Non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) is a scheduled ride to or from medical care, such as doctor's appointments, dialysis, therapy, and hospital discharges, for people who can't easily drive or use regular transportation. It is not for emergencies. In an emergency, call 911.
What types of transportation does Naeli offer?
Naeli provides ambulatory transport for riders who can walk with light assistance, wheelchair transport in lift- and ramp-equipped vehicles with full securement, and stretcher transport for clients who must travel lying down.
How far in advance should I book a ride?
Book at least 24 to 48 hours ahead so we can match the right vehicle and crew. Recurring rides like dialysis can be booked as a standing schedule. When availability allows, we can often take same-day requests. Call dispatch to check.
What areas do you serve?
Naeli is based in Kennesaw, GA and serves Marietta, Dallas, Hiram, Douglasville, and the rest of Cobb, Paulding, and Douglas counties. We also take longer trips across metro Atlanta. Send us your pickup and destination and we'll confirm coverage.
Does insurance or Medicaid cover the cost?
Coverage varies by plan and eligibility. Some Medicaid programs and managed-care plans include an NEMT benefit. Call dispatch with your plan details and we'll tell you what's covered and quote a price before you book.
Are your drivers trained and background-checked?
Yes. Our drivers and attendants are background-checked and trained in CPR/First-Aid, safe transfers, and wheelchair securement. We operate as a licensed, insured, HIPAA-aware service.
